<p><span style="color:#ba372a">Under the respective FTAs, Nationals or Permanent Residents of the following countries will be accorded the same Stamp Duty treatment as Singapore Citizens:</span></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="color:#ba372a">Nationals and Permanent Residents of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#ba372a">Nationals of the United States of America</span></li>
</ol>
